I hope the conditions today have helped your garden, there’s been some hellish downpours and I felt sorry for the supporters at the pre season game tonight at Accrington who were well and truly drowned.
Also I’m so sorry to hear about your mum...
Hello all, the good news is that Mr F is home. He's got enough antibiotics to choke a donkey but all seems to be well. We have had lots of rain today. How's your Mum @jazzy ?
@peteblue - lack of sleep is awful, hopefully you can get some rest...
Not whinging at all, just unburdening yourself amongst friends. I hope you managed to get some sleep and have had a better day today, especially no unwanted deposits from the dog.
Well another day beckons. Kay had her hair done and she looks beautiful. The girl that did it did a great job. I still cannot understand why her previous stylists couldn’t do it, but it’s going to cost them more than they can imagine…..
Kay was well known and well liked in our local town with running a business there with my son. Everybody in our pub and elsewhere. asks about her on a daily basis and I will ensure that everyone knows and spreads how badly she was treated just...
And she loves you back Pete . Remember that hate only hurts one person not the right person , Confucius ,who also said " Man who eats meat and peas on same plate is unhygienic .Best verbally .
Good morning all on this sparkling day here thunderstorms again yesterday which serve to increase the humidity and make us glow a little more .
I bought a different shower gel last week and used it yesterday ,when I went outside I was bombarded...
A bit of a strange one today.
Today, a country and western song will become my most played song for the first time, ever. And will probably remain so for at least the next 2 months.
You lucky, lucky git.
Not only because they're the best pasties, but that bit of Cornwall is one of my absolute favourites. I'm down there for work next week, gonna visit my friends who live in Penryn.
Luckily I don't live too far away. They're always piping hot as they turn them over so quickly so 20 minutes home or to a beach gives them just enough time to cool down.
Gear Farm don't deliver, sadly. They are the best, I agree.
You'll get the most pasty for your money(by some way) from Prima Bakery via The Cornish Hamper Store. They're not as good as Ann's, but they're decent enough.
Best pasties in Cornwall are from Gere Farm . You can contact them but I'm not sure if they do home delivery. Orher popular brands are Philps Pasties and Ann's Pasties, and they both deliver in the UK and have websites for on-line ordering.
