I’d keep him purely because he’s young, has some skill and is cheap. Even if he doesn’t turn into a world beater in one season, I’m pretty sure he’d be a decent squad player while we’re rebuilding and we’d make a profit on him next summer.

He WAS a sick note. He’s more like a memorial service now.

Sicknote waiting to happen. If the contract is still 'on the table' - take it off. He ran his contract down for reasons best known to himself and his agent Thanks for your efforts, don't be afraid to pop in one day when you're passing

Having a generational player that everybody knew was a generational player and then failing to get a record transfer fee for said generational player when you decided to sell him to the richest club in the world. To this day I literally can’t...

We are well known for being an unlucky club and a a club that's run very poorly. So what would be your most Everton moment be? A personal favourite of mine was Richard Wright getting injured at Chelsea by falling on a sign saying not to warm up...

Where is all this sensibleness coming from? We want conspiracy theories and davek’s flip-flops. We all know the Arteta money is buried in a casket with Uncle Bill’s remains, only to be dug up and spent when Rooney becomes our manager.

That’s far too sensible an assessment. I say we make him our highest paid player. We can use the Arteta money to pay for it.

Good player, Moyes player who tracks back and does all the little things. I also don't see how to make the numbers work. Levy will want more than the remaining twenty-five million or so in amortization. Then, there's wages. Deals like this...

I think he’s probably got enough in the bank to not be too concerned about supporting his family.
