Only Evertonians could miss that half the league has these retractable tunnel efforts for the last 10/15 feet of their entrances and they all look the same. But no, ours is the most terrible of all. Nobody hates Everton more than our ‘fans’ do.

Sell the team this year, then sell them the ground in 3 years, doubling the period in which our PSR has a boost. Charge them £2m per year to use our training facilities and rent out Goodison at £2m per year prior to sale.
