You wouldn't believe the issues they had on the ARE as well. Some absolutely shocking work done on it. The reason they were so late finishing was because of the amount of remedial works they had to do to strengthen he steelwork frame due to it...

This is the thing, its not Everton who are on the hook for delays, its the contractor, unless its Everton who have caused the delays of course. It is within nobody's interest to have this delayed more than it needs to be, so they will all do...

3 months for an internal fit-out is not an impossible delivery by any stretch of the imagination. They don't have to do any strip out, they're building out an empty shell. A lot of it will be stud walling, and furniture install. I would only be...
