They do though. That queen made it very plain she didn't want devolution for Wales and Scotland; and she had her flunkies out in the media to make the same message was clear for Scottish independence on that vote 8 years ago.

She is also on record telling polticians she favoured a small government, which is very right wing.
So she was sizeist as well?

I know mate, my grandad was from Dundalk and father in laws family from Tipperary, so im well aware it was a “thing” back in the day,..but easily more Irish support the RS than over us nowadays… and, while we’re at it, way more Celtic fans support them as their “2nd team” too.
Man United, the rs and Celtic are the three biggest supported clubs in Ireland now, and i'd say Man City are fairly popular amongst the Irish youth as well.

Everton, Arsenal, Villa, Spurs and Leeds have a fair few irish fans, but not as much as the first three clubs i named. I'd say Everton would pick up in popularity fairly lively, if we ever start winning trophies again though!

It’s because it’s fashionable to do so; it’s became the slogan of the city et al. based on what they hear their peers say/spout or whatnot.

I have no issue with people being a Republican or disagreeing with a monarchy, and I’ll happily have a discussion over views. But this wasn’t that.

This was, in the mainstay, people wanting to boo but probably being unable to articulate why beyond their mate telling them to do so.

Common decency doesn’t cost much, but it’s worth everything.
Don’t agree with that mate. We are Kopites chasing the sound bite.

Exactly…it’s not really a big thing anymore and hasn’t been for years…Irish fans will generally just support who is winning stuff, and mostly support the two biggest English teams…. nothing to do with tradition, but you’ll stay get some Everton fans convincing themselves it’s still a “thing”. Like virtually all my mates and most people around my age (late 40s), I have an Irish grandad (some have an Irish Nan), and obviously we’re from a place with a lot of Irish heritage, but none of the people I know actually consider themselves Irish. If we did we’d have the decency to visit more often, I think I’m the only one of my mates who has actually ever been there.

All people had to do was just show some respect and decorum, and be silent for one measly little minute. Whether you liked or hate the Queen, it's about having some consideration for peoples feelings.

Your behaviour has ruined what was a great day for this club. There's good and bad everywhere indeed, and some of you people disgust me. As Jesus would say be gone for i do not know you.
