Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I'm off to see Peter Hook play Unknown Pleasures and Closer in Holland next Saturday. Can't wait for it. Decades is probably my favourite Joy Division song. Incredibly bleak and depressing, but a very powerful song. If I was ever asked to name my favourite ever song that would probably be it.
Actually Decades probably trumps Atmospheres as most depressing song ever?

I agree its a great song though and Closer was my favourite Joy Division album. In fact, there was once a thread on here favourite film song and album and I think I might have picked Closer as my album. I may be wrong though. Ask me a different day and my choices may be completely different. ?

I have Decades on my Ipod aswell as Isolation from the same album which, despite the title, is probably as upbeat as JD ever got.?

Enjoy the gig mate. I'm jealous.

Cheers mate.

Don't want to sound ungrateful or anything but couldn't you have found something in English?lol

I've managed to free up a bit more memory which will hopefully see me through my trip up to Liverpool. At least I can send texts again. But I think the process which will help me most involves connecting the phone to another device and turning to off. This is Cal's old phone and I was a bit too eager clearing out some of her drawers and chucked out the box containing all the attachments for this phone apart from the charger. Stupid I know. I think one of the neighbours has a similar phone so I'll seek out his help when I return from Liverpool.

I've found some old SD cards. Not sure if they are the right type but do you think an SD card could help out, or is that just for storage. Sorry if that's a daft question but as you know, I'm a self confessed dunce when it comes to techno stuff.

Cheers mate. Can’t wait. Seen him before and I guess it’s the closest you can get to seeing JD themselves live. I’d definitely have both UP and closer in my top 3 albums. Closer slightly ahead for me. Isolation is great and Heart and Soul is another one I like.

Finally found the thread and I did pick Closer as favourite album. The thread is closed so couldn't link it. See you had Decades as favourite track.

Anj had Bruce Springsteen down as favourite track, album, film, actor, footballer, animal, vegetable and mineral. No surprises there then. :)

He's not my favourite footballer. You should know this ? ? ?

Are there any techno brains on here?. My mobile keeps telling me my memory is full. I've done everything I can like deleting all pics, unused apps and games, even historic messages. Now it's not letting me take photos or send messages. When I look at the memory breakdown, most of it is taken up with "other" but it doesn't tell me what "other" is or allow me to delete it.

Is there some easy way to resolve this. The phone is a Galaxy and probably only 2/3 years old.
I have a Galaxy. Even though you have deleted pics etc., have you gone into Settings, then Device Maintenance to clean up your memory and storage?

I know Anj just posted a link that might say similar.
