We really need McNeill to step up now in my opinion. Think today puts a big pressure on him to produce. No room for passengers.

Elsewise I think we’re pushing Iwobi more forward in central positions.

Would have been good to get rid of Rondon and sign an actual footballer. But life is sometimes cruel and likes to occasionally reminds us that being an Evertonian carries certain penalties.

We were never replacing him directly. but Gordon is clearly stepping up and doing an impression of him. He getting goals.

We haven’t seen Maupay yet but he scored a similar amount to Richarlison. Added to that, the midfield looks stronger and more creative.

So yeah haven’t replaced him then

No creative midfielder. No additional striker. No wide player. Lots of goals and assists need replacing I just don't see it with mcneil and maupay.

Maupay hasn't kicked a ball yet but we've seen plenty of him at this level to gauge a validated opinion.

There’s a few players to come back from injury but as long as we don’t have a complete season long injury crisis that team is decent enough to stay in the league. Another attacker would have been nice but there’s enough there as long as we don’t have more major injuries at CF and CB.
