Seems it’s 20% of whole fee, not profit. That’s a sizeable chunk off any future sale. That’s a pretty big investment and Lille have done well there to negotiate that.

Surprised these deals still happen to be honest. Most clubs have cottoned onto the fact that you can just circumvent the sell on fee by structuring the deal differently.
