Everton should invest in some coastal land and build some lovely resorts to take advantage of the hot weather that the UK is set to enjoy during Summer as this century progresses. As south and Central Europe gets up to 50+ degrees and deluged by immigrants from Asia and Africa escaping even more extreme heat and drought, the UK will become the number one Summer destination in Europe. If Everton invest now, we could be quids in and tell FFP to suck it up their ballsache.

If this Iranian has the dough he claims he has, then we want a complex of luxury holiday properties across the north west coast. And if not a complex of luxury holiday properties across the north west coast, then we want at least some timeshares in the Lake District, Ormskirk and Blackpool.
