I'd like the Nelson Dock drained and built on by the club...which I think will have to be a necessary evolution of the club down at the dock.

Can see the sense in buying Nelson Dock, but I'd keep the water in there and develop the area round it along the lines of Albert Dock! Plent of room for a hotel, restaurants, bars etc - but facilities all dictated by Everton as owners of the plot!

There's the Titanic Hotel near the other side of the Nelson Dock across the road.

I'm sure there'll be some development on that dock once the stadium is up and running. I cant see how it's left as it is. What's it used as atm? Looks like parking space for the workers on the Everton stadium build.

Cannot believe i am agreeing with Dave but the pumphouse will look superb. A bit of old history next to a brand new stadium.

Does anyone know how the Everton Pump House compares to the Albert Dock one ? Cus that's a decent size pub ?

Ground floor area of the pumphouse pub is 325sqm. The hydraulic pump house ground floor on BMD is 450sqm.
