So is John Bishop a Scouser?

This was a topic of discussion in the Chelsea game thread, and an interesting one at that. So is he? I know he spent most of his upbringing in Runcorn, but many people think that he isn't a scouser due to this, despite being born in Liverpool. Discuss.

Runcorn are wools the same as Skem are, an accent doth not make you a scouser. If he was born in L'pool though I'd say that makes him scouse, all you need to know though is that he is REDSHYTE and that is all he need be known as.

At the end of the day though he's a comedian and the accent is what makes it so if he puts it on/makes it stronger than it actually is then....so?

I talk like a chelsea rent boy when I'm abroad. People like strong accents lets face it. If it's making him money and people like him then fair play to him. Still think he's a prick for that video though.

His first set he did at Live at the apollo was hilarious. Been a bit dissapointed with everything after that I've seen from him which is a shame, as it was a bloody hilarious set!
