Love Richy. Would always put up the workrate and play both sides of the field. The issue is he was too damned clumsy as a dribbler to be consistent. That and you can tell he really wanted the striker position which he obviously isn’t suited for. Was probably best to cut the cord now before things turn sour.

Is he replaceable? Hell yeah. Can Everton recruitment replace him? Hell no
