I would imagine that Moshiri and/or Usmanov will be doing their own 'due diligence' on any potentially interested party in buying the club.

Until I learn more Dave, I'm completely neutral.
I don't think we'll learn anything more until such time as the Kenyon-led consortium examine the accounts, and then I suspect this will be the point that whatever moves are currently being made will slow down as the enormity of the situation sinks in.
