Thats actually £1.65 mil LESS than a Ben White.

I am not happy to go along without a fight. I am not at the negotiation table. If I was I would demand more. Spurs fans would argue for less.

I am only saying that I think £50m to £60m will be the end price based on all of the factors, the most important ones being that we need to sell, Richarlison wants to leave and there are not too many clubs interested in Richy at that sort of figure.

We can easily fetch 50m after World Cup and jan inflated market. He will bag goals in a good Brazilian team.

Selling price should be at least 65m this summer. Anything below that and we might as well sell Dele and make sure spurs get nothing from the deal.

Dele's not too dissimilar. He's one of those where people hate him because he's a WUM, but once you get use to him being your WUM, it's a different experience altogether. Small flashes of that already.

In January he will have 18 months on his contract left. We won't get close to £50m at that point, unless Brazil have won the World Cup and he wins the golden boot.

Also, if we were to refuse to sell now, January there might not even be a market for him. Clubs will know they can wait 6 months and Everton will be even more desperate to sell him with 12 months left on his contract.

We can't afford to watch him walk away on a free when there is £50m on offer now. The club will know this and I expect Richarlison has made it clear that he won't sign a new deal and he wants to leave.

Although I wouldn’t be happy if Richy moved to spurs as it just highlights how far we’ve fallen as a club, it makes some sense. I’ve never really thought he’s world class so I never thought he’d go to Real Madrid or the likes unless Carlo pushed for him.

Spurs are a step up from us right now with a world class manager. They’re in the CL and I can see them really kicking on under conte. Selling him to spurs on the cheap would be a joke, but I suppose it’s where we are as a club, i’d try an see if we could get bergwijn in any deal looks a good player whenever I’ve seen him.

I’d rather sell him for 30m at the end of next season than sell him for 50m now.

His goals and work rate is difficult to replace, and if Lampard perform well, Richie will definitely score more than 10 goals next season.

One of the reasons we have fell foul of the FFP rules is we have not maximised our assets in the transfer market.

We have loaned out , let contracts run down & given players away.
Whereas others have a steady stream of transfer outgoings for profit to reinvest we have zilch.

The difference selling Richy for a large profit or minimum would do wonders for the clubs FFP predicament.

There is value out there.

Wolves have signed Hwang for £15m this summer. Newcastle signing Targett for £15m who was brilliant there last season. Last summer there was Mateta for £11m to Palace. Cucurella for £18m to Brighton. Tomiyasu for £18m to Arsenal. Anderson for £17m to Palace. Cornet £15m to Burnley. Sa for £8m to Wolves. Olise for £9m to Palace. Even Dennis for £4m to Watford was a steal.
