343 isn't based on creativity its about width and pace with the front 3 and wingbacks providing the end product.

To play with a midfield 2 which Lampard / Thelwell seem to prefer you need two workhorses to combat a usually 3 in midfield oppositions extra man.

Mykolenko in this regard needs to improve up the field as offensively he hasn't offered a lot.

Jesus do you actually watch us, he’s a huge problem like the rest of the midfield, he got no future under lampard. I’d go as far as say, he’s one of worst technical midfielders I’ve seen at Everton in 40yrs. Living off a couple of assist at the start of the season.

And we will have money when players leave. He will buy/loan 2 midfielders at least imo

I disagree, the midfield is the worst part of the team and Doucoure is a midfielder so he's a major problem.

Tarkowski is going to look crap if we're as exposed as we were for periods last season.
