….having a bad attitude doesn’t necessarilly equate to being an poor trainer. Indeed, being a terrific trainer doesn’t equate to being effective on a Saturday afternoon.

Lampard seems influenced by players who are busy in training, they often talk a good game too but that might not translate to them being the same on match day.

Attitude is all about desire to win football matches & playing like the game matters. Players with a bad attitude need weeding out but players who don’t stand out in training sessions might not be those.
