Their pace kills us I think. As we saw in the 3-1 and 4-0.
Brentford had tons of pace today and it only did us when we went down to 10, and even then they changed their shape to get Eriksen more involved.

We shouldn't be treating Crystal Palace like they're better than Chelsea or United, they've won 1 more game than us this season. We're at home and it's a must-win. I am very realistic when it comes to Everton, it's not going to be easy, but Brentford have a world class playmaker (remember when we had one that some of our fans were happy to exchange for Andros Townsend lol ) and they had 11v10 for 75 minutes.

This thread is mind boggling. So many routes to safety or damnation to the EFL. There is a very good chance we have enough points already, we just don’t know it yet. Alternatively beat Palace and we are guaranteed to stay up. Personally I think we will beat Palace. The bookmakers, usually good judges, quote Everton at 8/1 to go down. Looking at the overall situation I feel the bookmakers have it about right. However, I have seen odds on favourites fall at the last before so we are not safe yet but I would not swap Everton’s position with Burnley or Leeds at this moment in time

bookmakers wtf

It’s up to us and only up to us, we all know Everton to know that Leeds will get a result and Burnley will also, we need to beat palace, that’s IT.

Nothing convinces me that Everton are capable of another point. The team is depleted and looks out cold.

Final day we wont get a thing at Arsenal and we'll be banking on Brentford.

Palace will spank us, IMO. They'll terrorize that defence of ours.
It would make a refreshing change for a mid table team to simply not turn up for once at goodison - it never seems to happen anymore.
