The league isn't poor, the top two are just way too good. It's like when Barca and Real Madrid both would have +75 GD and be 25 points ahead of third but the Europa League final would still be Spanish clubs because they were really good relative to Europe just not those top two.

That's spot om, but actually buying decent footballers with a plan helps, which is two steps up on us and United.
Whatever the reasons are that City and he RS are a billion miles in front, actually buying players who can play football in a recognised position helps mind.
