What does this mean, imagine being them because they are all great or because nobody has it harder than them.

I've had a lifetime Imagining .. and the answer is No Thanks. If "being us" means supporting a "winning team" (which is what they infer) then that's a pish poor justification - oh look at me/us.. we might have a crap life but our team win things. YAWN.
