Depressing that they’ll never have a dose of reality in their lives. Their idea of a struggle is having Roy Hodgson as manager for half a season and ultimately finishing 6th.

It’s probably a good job mate.

If they had to put up with what most fans do then they would tear the city to pieces - they are the worst losers in the world and they can’t even celebrate * titles without torching the city’s landmarks - imagine how bad they would be loosing or struggling like the rest of us.

But yes, a win against Leicester probably takes us to safety.

It would put team in a very good position that's for sure (unless Burnley then respond by winning their two home games but that's less likely with what they've done in last 24 hours). Win v Leicester and win at Watford and that's 34 points, a better GD and then could potentially just need a couple of draws from the home games to get over the line.

Alternatively Leicester could and grind out a 0-1 win like Wolves did a few weeks back and then defeats in the two after and it's 28 points with 5 left and then the pressure really piles on again so think it's worth pointing out things are still on a knife edge a bit.

Burnley are away tomorrow to West ham,then at home to Soton, not got 2 homes.

I’m not consumed by the need to think of these sub-humans, kopites that is! I’m sure his colleagues are all striving to make ends meet in a mostly moral way, having nothing in common except the carpet they walk on. Exactly right. One game at a time. Like you said, could easily be one point again today, then it's mega pressure on us against Leicester knowing that after that game it's Liverpool, Chelsea and Leicester away - guaranteed to be an extremely low points haul, if any at all. I give it a 50/50 chance that we're in the relegation zone prior to the second Leicester game. I sure hope not though. Today will tell a lot.

A West Ham win fires them right back in the top 4 race so they be hoping and up for it. Fingers crossed they get the win
