Moshiri won't want to prop up Everton by himself in the Championship. It makes the club open to offers and it would appear our good friends across the pond are up for a bit of self flagellation.

What could possibly go wrong.
Happy with that.

If true that Moshiri would be prepared to sell (which i dont believe) then ideally it would be one of the groups interested in Chelsea.

They would have the necessary funds for both the purchase and the ground and still have £2billion difference with what they would have paid for Chelsea.

Nobody would take it on with a new stadium to build and finance as well as give Moshiri the return on his investment and with things a mess on the pitch. Nobody is paying 350 mill for the club as well as have to come up with at least that again to finish the stadium and then sort the squad out while we're at the limit with FFP.

As I said on the other thread the club will need to be at BMD in the Premier League before Moshiri would realistically sell.

The other option is we go down and he just cuts his losses.
