Not remotely arsed what he does in his spare time, what I am arsed about is he’s done virtually nothing since the Brighton game. You don’t get tons of chances in the premier league, and he’s m paid big money to score them. Between him and Rich, it’s criminal the chances they’ve missed.

Needs to bag a winner tonight.
 

Agree this set of players have no idea what they have done to us fans this season. Is us that worry about the club each day

This. He is not the only footballer that acts in such an annoying way off the pitch.

However, when they fail to perform on the pitch it is really annoying.

Obviously some people will slate you for this but there’s at least an element of truth to it.

At the end of the day he is just a human. I’ve made this point about players generally lots of time, they aren’t robots, they have feelings, things affected them etc. The problem is that once you start saying ‘I’m just a normal person I’m no different to you’ it highlights the fact that all of us ‘normal’ people have days when we just can’t be arsed in work, and we do get distracted by outside interests. You can’t really simultaneously argue that the photoshoots, interviews, interest in fashion and everything don’t affect his performances and that he’s just a normal bloke exactly like us, because most of our efforts in work would definitely be affected if we were going to be on the cover of GQ.
 


You’d think with a World Cup coming up he’d be doing everything he can. It’s as if he’s just not bothered, or New York fashion week is on the same date.
