agree with all three, but sometimes a player has to do a bit himself as well. The DCL pre-Ancelotti used to work the back 4 far more regardless of the service he got. Feels like he wants it on a plate now to get him interested

I don't think there's any correlation to be honest mate.

He can do whatever he likes in his spare time.

You could spend your spare time dressed up as a cow and mooing in your back garden - it wouldn't impact your 9-5.
