That was such a massive win yesterday. 2 wins in 7 doesn't sound so alarming all things considered when compared to 1 win in 14 games previously. Deserved a point against City as well.

Get what you're saying, in a way I agree but I'm also viewing it as a free hit for the lads to build some confidence and get a result against another Premier league team

Stranger things have happened! Wigan v City as an example, but we know ultimately it didn't end well for the Pie Eaters. I'd love to win the Cup again but no way at the expense of our PL place.

Lampard is no idiot, and clearly understands the passion Bill has.

He has never seen a Chairman and a CEO come to training and address the squad.

I would be very surprised if a fee was involved at a tribunal stopped them leaving, if wages weren't paid.
