Also from now on any midfielder we buy needs to have the mobility for this league that's where we have fallen down so often the key characteristic of midfield in this league are mobility, physicality and dynamism. We keep buying your Gomes, Sig, Delph, Morgan types slow slow midfielders that are more suited to slower leagues...
Even consistency you look at West Ham and they don't have many technically better players but they're organized, robust and each player is a 7/8 pretty much every week. Our players can also be thrown off by conceding while other team's react that's character. We have a squad riddled with weak mentalities and performance issues.
