Serious question dave have i missed something? Has he said he's unhappy or indicated that? Like i said serious question cos I've not seen anything but that doesn't necessarily mean he hasn't.
His agent is trying to move him on. Unless he is a simpleton that thing doesn't happen without the player's connivance.

Think you need 3 subs per line (defence, midfield, attack). Mainly I think we need to strengthen the squad, but priority has to be commanding CB for starting XI and a CM who can start and/or challenge our first choice starting midfield. Genuinely think the front three is fine if they can stay fit

GK: Pickers
RB: Patterson
CB: New signing
CB: Godfrey/Mina/New signing
LB: Mykolenko
CM: Allan
CM: Doucoure
CM: Alli
LW: Richy
RW: Gray
ST: DCL

Bench:
Sub GK
Holdgate (needs replacing)
Mina/Godfrey/Branthwaite
New defensive signing, full-back cover or CB starter on rotation
Donny VDB or new midfield signing
Possibly another midfielder

JPG/Gomes (sell who isn't)
Gordon
Townsend
New signing

I make that 6, of which 4 are an absolute must. Not to mention the deadwood that needs shifting. Not saying it's top four, but it's Europe IMHO.

As you say lot of unknowns in there - how will new full backs fare, is Alli actually any good.
Nicely laid out that, fair play
Mina a shoe-in starter for me though if he can maintain fitness, which is a concern, but yea Keane has to go

The longer these injuries concerns continue, the more I will be open to selling him in the summer. To have these sort of persistent muscle injuries at only 24 is a big concern for me. We need him back on the pitch asap, but I'm starting to worry.

Right I haven't heard anything about his agent, so fair enough if he's after moving. I'm always of the opinion that any player who doesn't want to be here should be moved on and maximum money got for them. However, given that agents aren't particularly trustworthy i wouldn't take any rumours coming from an agent as being true cos they're only interested in lining their own pockets rather than doing whats best for their clients.

WTF is that meant to mean? I've had you on ignore for a large part of my time on here so I don't believe we've had that many conversations that you can make such a statement. But I agree in as far as most of them have probably been arguments.

Yesterday and today you have argued with people who have come out and said we should keep both Mina and DCL. To a layman, that would suggest that you are in favour of selling them. I'm not a mind reader and to the best of my knowledge, nobody else on here is either. So if you don't make your position clear from your posting, then don't complain when people call you out on something that isn't true.

Furthermore, I haven't seen anybody on here, not one person, who believes that all our players are great. There are quite a few who believe all our players are crap, but not the other way around. There are however some in here, and I include myself in this group, who believe that we have the nucleus of a good team. This needs adding to in certain positions and the squad depth strengthening, and the group need managing by a decent coach. But we do not, in my opinion, need a complete overhaul as many suggest.
It's meant to mean exactly what it says. You're not reading what's there, you're deciding you know what i'm saying and responding to that rather than the words on the page. My first post in this thread today actually referenced you doing exactly this in the Mina thread yesterday and you've just done it again. It's clear that you're not reading it from you saying you need to be a mindreader because I haven't made my position clear. My recent posts on this subject have said:

I can see both sides of the DCL argument. He's one of our best players and certainly our best goalscorer, but everyone has a price and I can see why people think cashing in would make sense.

I like him, but I do feel like a fee north of £60m would be one we should consider very seriously. We're a midtable team who are (hopefully) at the start of a rebuilding phase, and we may be better off reinvesting the money in a couple of areas. We'd miss him, but we might be better off in the long run

if we decide to keep him then that's great. He's good, i like him, he can do well for us, I just don't think it's the worst idea in the world to cash in.

As i've said a number of times, if he stays that's great.

Can you explain how those posts are a) advocating selling him and b) not making my position clear? Short of tattooing it on my face I don't know how I could make it clearer really; my position is that I think he's a good player and I don't want us to sell him, but I also think that a large offer would be tempting, and may help us with regard to ffp and reinvesting in the squad.

Just as I didn't say I don't rate Mina and would drive him to whichever club put in the first bid, I'm not saying I don't rate DCL and want him gone. In both cases, I'm just saying that I don't see either player as irreplaceable, and can see the logic in letting them go. In Mina's case I would definitely look to sell him, not because he's not good enough but because he has one year left on a very lucrative contract and because he has only managed to be available for about 50% of our games in the 4 years since he joined.

and tomorrow you will be telling us how journalists are spinning (bad word)
Very naive.

That lad is very conscious of his identity and he's been nurturing a profile in the last few years to get himself a move.

I refuse to offer any support to him as I know where this is heading: a move that the player is desperate for.

As said: fine. I welcome that transaction if and when it comes.

he told you that did he?! ffs
Dave would get rid of every player plus big Dunc

He can join the other injured players on the injury table - no team will attempt to buy him if he is half-dead as some posters predict on here ....

Spoken like a true Eeyore that sees the negative in everything and eventually gets one right. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day I suppose, good luck with that
