People are going to balk when they read this but my roommate is a Chelsea supporter and he said that he feels Roberto Martinez is a better manager than Frank as he has vastly more experience in the premier league haha. I was flabberghasted when I heard that it makes no Alan Pardew would then be a supposedly better manager but that's what his take was.

In a way I pity Pereira … he’s been hounded out of a job he wasn’t even in !! So Lampard seems to be the man ? Theoretically he might be, but, its that going back thing combined with him being stuck at Belgium

Both CM and defence are piss poor right now. We need competent replacements. Our best CM is Doucoure and even he isn’t that good, the rest simply aren’t good enough for the Premier League.

Lampard will get Doucoure playing further up the pitch. He'll play 2 DMC behind him.

I’d back him in the circumstances.

- Good record at developing young players

- Couldn’t get the defence right at Chelsea
- Inexperienced
- Fell out with Rudiger

Thoughts?

Voted for him on the poll 2 weeks ago. His team won the champions league it just needed a bit off juggling around. He was pressured to play the new big money signings who hadn’t hit the ground running. For me he understands the premiership and will get the respect of the players . Also will attract players to the club. Get him in and quickly !

I thought he was badly treated by Chelsea. That can be a great motivation. His dad and his uncle have always spoken very highly of Everton, and I think he'll be delighted if he gets the job.

Between Lampard and Pereira it’s got to be Frank.

Even if we end up getting relegated I’d keep Lampard, let him build for the future and get us back to the PL as quickly as possible.

Chopping and changing managers is hopeless.

If he plays allan with onyango and doucoure in front, I'm all for it.

He brought through the youth players exceptionally well at Chelsea, it's what we need right now with little money available.
