Good point and that reminds me, you should appoint Steve McClaren! He's a bit European, what with that Dutch accent etc, so I know there's a bit of an issue for yous there - but he's got a Scottish-sounding surname so a big tick for that. He'd be class for Everton! Really good at keeping rubbish teams up too.
