They have made brilliant signings though that suit their team dynamic, they get their squad playing together and working for each other and if some one don’t fit then they give them the boot. That’s exactly what they have done, we and other clubs in similar situations have spent loads over the past years and not managed it correctly and are a mess.

Klopp done it with Mainz a similar level club to Derby, got them promoted.

He’s beyond that level no so it’s pointless talking about it, you earn your top level teams and if your good enough you stick at that level.
