Why not scrap the league Cup, England is the only country in the major leagues to have 2 domestic cup competitions and the only country in Europe not to have a winter break.
The prize money of offer is a joke, you get £1 million a point in the group stages of the CL, when you win it you get around £145-150 million combined with prize money and tv money.

To be fair, there's nobody outside of FIFA (and presumably their accountants) who thinks a more frequent World Cup is a good idea. All it'll do is devalue the competition and lead to cases where certain countries/federations chose not to participate in certain ones.
