I'd have Jesse Marsch in.

Even though he hasn't been to succesful in Germany this year, he had his Salzburg team performing decent while playing good football when they played in Europe his two years then, never saw any of their games in the domestic league. Would strengthen the foothold EFC have been trying to get in the USA.

Also out of contract right now, so wouldn't cost us anything.

It is going to depend on what Everton can offer them in transfer fees and current squad. Established and proven Managers are not daft enough to come to a mid-table club with Championship levels of funds to spend added to that a squad of meh! They need the tools to make the team competitive just to keep there own rep intact
