DF: My short term goals is to aim to get this team as close as I can to the play-offs this season. I'm going to evaluate my squad for the remainder of the season and begin to put my stamp on it when the window opens. Norwich have been out of the top flight for some time and it's on my agenda to get them back into the Premier League and staying there. The clubs last major trophy came in 1985 and that's something we will address. I'm happy to work with the Director of Football but I want to do things my way. Nick Haycock and James Beattie will be joining me over the next few days to be part of my backroom staff.
