Big changes are needed at every level of the club for things to ever stand a chance of changing for the better. Benitez was never the answer and it was stupidity to pretend that he was but its also pointless sacking him now if Brands stays on or is just replaced by another pointless DOF. That position is a failed experiment and needs to be ended immediately. Then a new manager is needed. One that perhaps won't have the experience of Benitez or even the ability but one that also won't have the man's baggage either. Until both of these things happen nothing can even begin to change at Everton football club and the best we can hope for long term is just a slightly improved version of what we are now.

What’s the point in sacking him?

No one can turn water into Wine.

The players don’t show up, week in, week out and we’re onto to our 5th manager of the Moshiri reign.

There are so many issues, but what is the point of sack, and start again, only to have the same issue in 6 months?
Because none of the other stuff can be fixed until we have a unifying figure as manager. And there is a lot to fix.

Its not rocket science. Backing this manager will stop the club from moving forward

I wouldn’t have appointed Benitez solely for this season. When something goes wrong it’s immediately his fault and not the players who regularly don’t show up.

5 managers have tried, and failed. Now our second manager who’s won European Trophies can’t get these players performing.

We recruited woefully, wasted money with zero care and built a team of mercenaries and losers.

I wouldn’t have appointed him, but aim your blame at the recruiter and the players because they’re the big problem here.
