Zidane is a fantastic manager, and his experience with Real Madrid (and its executive) would be good practice for this. They also need that sort of manager, someone who isn't going to roll over when the money men sign someone like CR7.

I've always felt Rodgers is over rated based on his experience with the Celtic job being a sure fire thing giving him more credibility.

When he was at them lot , his tactics were already fine tuned by Martinez and co before him to basically get them to the verge of promotion anyway. You guys now seem to have the players but not the results this season , especially dropping the cl place twice in a row.

Quite interesting that you see him as expendable , it confirms my thoughts on him for a while
