Don’t even bother watching, I’ll explain how this is going to go:

We start slow, concede an early set piece. The players have a little bit of a shout at each other, we pass it about a bit, but Spurs go 2 up. We play better in the second half but it’s not good enough and Spurs win 2-1 and Coleman tries to fight the fans again.

Up Everton.
Cinema booked for 2pm sunday with my little one. No way am i watching the conte love in folllowed by our band of absolute cowards rolling over from the first minute. Dont know when i missed a game but no love for the players or even the manager who will persist with certain players and refuse to plug the doucoure shaped hole in the middle with 2 extra bodies.

I said after the wolves game EFC are now viewed as cannon fodder by other prem sides
That may change once we get Mina and dacoure back but I tell you what I looked at DVL on sky and he was very relaxed about the defeat he seems more focused on a career as a fashion influencer imo apart from a RB we urgently need a proper back up striker I just get the feeling that dcl won’t slot back into form quickly when he returns
Hope we win but if I was to place a bet Spurs 2-1 deli Ali Kane and Gray

Barring Pickford, we are spineless, as in Mina, Doucoure and DCL all missing. If ever there was an example of what lack of decent cover looks like, we are it. I'm as fed up as the rest but it's understandable that the good form would fizzle out once the Gray/Townsend effect started to wane. Hopefully Anthony Gordon can start because he'll exploit whatever weaknesses are still apparent in the Spurs' defence.

I liked the fact that at he said Wolves were 'probably' the better side in the first half. If ever there was an understatement....

I'm just trying to cling to some positivity in this hive of madness and venom we have at the moment. I don't trust these players really lol
I fully endorse your position, you sir are a gentleman.
I move from a feeling of dejection following a defeat, then get annoyed with myself that I care about a group of players who obviously don’t care about supporters or the club which is paying them well beyond their worth, I then rationalise things and come to terms with things as they are, but then the days before the game comes along and rational thought goes out the window. I start to bestow qualities on players who don’t have those qualities, I start the “what if” thinking and come kick off I have convinced myself this time we can do it, this is the start of the come back. Then Watford stick 4 past us in 15 minutes. And so the circle goes on. You would think that after 50 years I would learn.
