You can also see the boundary here with just one turret entrance included in the site.
If we have acquired more land to fill the void in the north stand then capacity should reach 55,000 even before safe standing. Wonder if this is why Dan Meis was called back in ?

I actually like the smaller stand with glazed elevation at the north side. If that end was the same as the east and west, I think the stadium would have much less character.

It will present a very tranquil and peaceful scene unlike the carnage and anguish inside the stadium as Rondon now aged 54 and 18 stone is still shuffling about the pitch looking for his first club goal.

As it's blocked off at either end I guess it will essentially be a pond, but the report did say they were adding some decorative elements. So possibly fountains or fish or whatever.

Do something like they have in front of the Bellagio in Vegas...just on a smaller scale.

My guess is that wouldn't be necessary. But that is only a guess.

adjustments can be made im sure without the full process - I'm almost certain Spurs made capacity changes as they went.

Well spotted Barca Blue. You can clearly see from this image that the Northern boundary fence has indeed moved up to include both turret entrances.

Can't see them changing the design at this stage though, but it will make moving around the stadium easier.

Whilst glancing through the plans a while back i think it's stage 10 or 11 when the West plaza area gets dug out to return it to water. Would imagine it aids construction being land then reverted back to water.

Both stadium images Barca Blue posted show clear over hangs with at least 2 of the 3 stands possibly all 3. This is confusing as other images don't show this more one stand behind the other.

Also In this view of the north stand it suggests easily that the upper tier has room to be made bigger.
