Calvin Ramsay at Aberdeen is showing real promise.

18 year old RB who is in his debut season currently 17 apps with 10 assists.

Linked with moves to Man United and Norwich and he had a contract until 2024.

Given that we have looked at Patterson at Rangers it would beneficial if we are keeping an eye on a player who is playing more and will be cheaper

Think he will be on the list if we have been looking in the spl. I am hopeful we have one of them in january, get them in now to settle in so they can be first xhoice next season

All 3 were Rafas guys. Gray and Townsend have been phenomenal. Rondon has struggled so far, but he was brought in to be a late sub, not to be a starter every week.
But he stays on even when Richy is brought on so how does that tally with him being just back up, with him up front its like playing with ten men

We will be in midtable irrelevance

Ludicrous to think we will go down.

Given our defense, zonal marking and hopeless at set pieces it isn't

Keane and Godfrey cannot play together, Digne has been hopeless for a while especially since the competition for his place is Delph and Seamus isn't the same player as five years ago, plus back up is Holgate and Kenny

We have one good defender at the moment, whom cannot stay fit, can understand why Rafael was looking at a defender in the summer

Just a thought here, looking at The turmoil in the club, the section of the fans who are dead set against Benitez, the financial situation. If you were a player who had Everton or another premier league looking to sign you, the only thing that would get you to Everton would be a much better contract offer. As we are in the current mess, financially, due mainly to paying average players far too much money, or in the case of Rondon, terrible players far too much money, it really does leave us in a catch 22 situation.

We have 2 choices, either keep going down the route of bringing in older players on huge wages, or, start looking at younger players who are not yet on the radar of the big clubs, we could sign players like this on far lower wages and they would have a sell on value. The problem with this is it would take time and patience to develop a team that could regularly challenge for Europe, I’m not sure our owner has the patience for it and I don’t think our current manager is capable of such a root and branch rebuild.

Wow, you really are doubling down on the Rondon thing, then. He's dreadful, his signing on fee and wages (for a minimum 2 years, no less) were indeed a waste of our limited budget.

You predicted "at least" one goal for him yesterday, got any more predictions for us?
Crikey, forgot it was 2 years
