ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The home form saves Liverpool. I always feel theyre vulnerable away when the crowd can get involved and the opponents get at Liverpool.

Make no mistake: this is a team in decline. They might be juicing on the caffeine drinks again this season but it makes less impact on players ageing into the 30s. And they have a very thin first team matchday squad - 14/15 players realistically. The wheels will come off them soon enough.

If City play anything close to what they did to Chelsea they don’t lose. Unfortunately City and Pep normally beat themselves whenever they go to Anfield.

I see the Arkles pub, near me, which usually has on it’s notice board outside a listing guide of all the RS and England games they have on, have ‘suddenly’ this morning changed it to a welcome sign for Norwich fans
Horrible bitter shits the Breck/priory road area RS . Used to get the 17 bus that way, they always had to insult any blues going the game.

Interesting that MOTD analysis of Brentford’s tactics made much of them ‘exploiting Liverpool’s weakness by overloading the right side on free kicks, corners etc’ didn’t appear to say what (who) that weakness may be, funny that

That will "the best right back in the world" at right back. Often seen standing 20 yards out of position.
