It's not "because of Benitez" for me of course, but I acknowledge it is for loads on here.

No, for me, I'm nonplussed because even though we're winning and even though a win would put us joint top... it's hard to ignore the reality that this squad has nothing to it and the results are an illusion.

It's not Benitez's fault though. If we win this, to have 13 points after 6 games will be astonishing... but we all know it's not going to last, whether we happy clap it or not.

That's how it feels for me anyway. That, and football overall just underwhelms me at the moment - big disconnect with it.
