All of them told me about how busy they were and getting unprecedented levels of calls.
The last two calls were to cancel cover which you cant do online and " have" to ring.

That's great, Methuselah. I wish a single malt would do for me but I rather my medication than the pharmaceutical stuff that it is out there to take care of my issues.
