No, I was merely highlighting an attitude. There is no 'Excuse' for what is happening currently, there are a few reasons, but no excuses. That said, if the press can capture a 'Rodney King moment' then watch the scenario get turned up to eleven.
Clarifying my point, the corrupion surrounding the Stephen Lawrence case highlights the racism and bigotry in the ranks, as does the Cardiff three case, have a check about how a case for the CPS fell through because of officers water boarding the black defendants.
