Stadium is almost empty...I don't understand, ok, English and Ukrainians couldn't travel, but why wouldn't local Italians and other expats like to watch a Euros QF? Tickets so expensive maybe?

I know a fair few Germans and when a footballing rivalry conversation occurs they always look really bemused.

Netherlands certainly, other than that they generally just want to beat everybody and know that everybody wants to beat them.

This is true, I live here and it is very much a one way rivalry and listened to a Henning When interview and said the same. They have to beat the Netherlands but England is just the same as any big game, like Italy, France, Spain, etc.
