Ok mate. Seems to be a lot more delusional people on here agreeing with me than defeatists like you who think we should be happy with Benitez as he’s the best available option.
The premier league is the best league in the world - facht
We are ever present and haven’t really been in a relegation battle for two decades - facht
We are rich and spend more money than everyone outside of probably the top 4 - facht
We managed to recruit Ancelotti as our last manager - facht
We have one of the most famous footballers in the world in our team and an ever growing global fan base - facht

… but yeah, I’m sure the guy from Lille would rather manage Nice who most people can’t name a single player from
Facht its not about just that alone. It’s about the work environment. Your not humanising the job or the person doing it. Everton is run by a number of people that all seem to have different ideas about what to do. It cant be a great place to work. Saying, we spend loads, we are in the prem league, we do this, we do that means nothing to a person if doing the actual job is rubbish. Also I’m not in to Benitez I think he would be a mistake. I’m starting to think Dunc would be best until we can find someone that is the right fit.

I think you’re misjudging the fan base, if you think there will be no come backs from appointing Howe. That appointment will also go toxic very quickly.
I agree... at least we'd get 5 or so games of crab possession football before the protests start.

Benitez won't get past his presser.

He's been weirdly silent on this...no doubt waiting to see who we appoint before having a go at the big galoot and the carpet bagger.

TBH the thought of that is what keeps my spirits high through this, he's good (comedic) value when it comes to these moments.
I agree , just thought when you had him nailed he throws a curve ball . I adore that man .

He can't go against the majority on this occasion which is his modus operandi. By doing that he'd be massively backing Benitez and out himself as a massive tory kopite.
