The Portsmouth fans were up in arms, branded him a judas and much much worse.
Only for him to relegate Southampton after 27 years in the top flight, eventually leaving and returning to Portsmouth with the fans gleefully welcoming him back with open arms.

The more and more I see the fume the more and more am coming round to the fact this IS the right appointment.

Blues by and large are a massive bunch clueless burks... So judging by this overwhelmingly negative reaction this must be the right decision going forward.
