the Athletic piece is quite damming on NES. Sounds like he's been a prize pain in the 'harris' with his new demands and constantly moving the goalposts every step of the way.
Interestingly the article suggests we haven't made any real moves for Nuno but the Everton job being available certainly caused issues for Palace as Nuno and his team shut off all communication with Palace for a week or so in the hope of taking over for Ancelotti??
Bullet dodged?
Frankly he makes Potter look like Sean Connery. He neither seems intelligent, honest or invested.

I don’t trust someone who has a termites nest stuck to their face mate

His camp may just have exaggerated our "interest" as leverage with Palace. Looks to be failing so far.

No disrespect to Palace, but there shouldn't really be any correlation between the candidates for our job and theirs.

I think the sad fact was we were on the verge of appointing Moyes until Carlo was sacked.

But that isn't a fact at all though is it, it is complete guesswork. None of us know except Everton hierarchy and they never disclosed anything about that. The Moyes links came from the same main stream and social media repeaters that are saying the exact same codswallop again this time.

Someone said the silence is deafening, for what reason?

The truth is Conte isnt interested and the board appear to be taking their time on an appointment but what is probably happening is that they are mulling over all these less desirable managers which doesnt float Moshiri`s boat at all. The level of managers we have been linked with is quite poor really.

Kenwright going after Moyes? Bloody hell, please, no! I just hope this is all just made up media claptrap.
