Everton Summer transfers 2021

Thinking about it though I suppose we've tried it with a few young European players but failed miserably. Failed so bad I can only really recall Vlasic.
Who wasn't even signed by Brands. Remember when Brands was brought in at the first AGM Moshiri said Brands was going to bring in younger players on lower wages but higher transfer fees? Yeah, he's completely abandoned that. He brought in Richarlison and Godfrey. Nkounkou and Branthwaite aren't meant to be first team players. I guess Iwobi is in that category but that was an abject failure.

I’d definitely have that Traore from Wolves. I thought he was raising his game to put himself in the shop window against us. Regardless, we had to double up on him to cope with him, which is exactly what we need. I’d also have that Matheus Pereira from West Brom. He’d infinitely improve our right hand side but we’d have to stop pandering to Richarlison’s demands to play centre forward.

If that was him raising his game vs us then we definitely don't need him.

Would definitely take both of them. Right profile. But I think that’d probably take about 60mil to pull off even with West Brom going down. Of the 2, I’ll take pereira please. Guys really good.

I thought he was raping our flat back six tbh. We literally had to double up on him and assign two players to just about deal with him. Sign of a good player imo.

And what did he achieve after beating our flat back 6?

Fair enough mate, you don’t rate him, I do. Having to double up on any player is a sign that the player is a handful imo. Especially when you are playing with a flat back six.

Yeh he did beat our defenders a few times but did nothing with the ball, that was more what I was eluding to. Talented dribbler, so was Bolasie.
He was pretty productive last season when he had Jimenez to play off of though. This year once Raul went down he was trying to set up an overhyped 18 year old. Think he’d work pretty well opening things up for Rich and Dom and right now defenders have nothing to work about on our right side ever.

He's not terrible but for the fee they'd ask for I would want much much more.
