Just like you don't realise:

a) Doucoure is good;
b) Godfrey is good;
c) Iwobi is poor;
d) Gomes is poor.

Not a good day for you at all, is it?
Yes Godfrey and Doucoure were very good yesterday. I'm glad they showed up and put in very strong performances.

It's not a good day to be an Evertonian no because my suspicions going back to December that we're crap have become pretty clearly founded.

And some of us wonder why the club fails to move forward.... Think Iwobi is good enough? Maybe we just need to play him as a 10?
They probably aren't goof enough but we do have them right now so is it sensible to maybe try to get the best we can from them?

Dyche
Sweet lamb of divine Jesus on a motorbike
Sean Ffing Dyche
Give your head a wobble

Swap Dyche with Moist and West Ham fans would have said this very same thing.

Our fans can be as arrogant as our owner - throw money at something and attract a "big" enough name with no long term plan and expect it to just work and it hasnt done yet we keep making the same mistakes.

Burnley have the 18th lowest net spend in the league only Saints and Leeds have less and Saints have brought in huge money from being the Kopites feeder club.

Would be a gamble like but if Carlo goes end of next season if things dont work out for him/us I wouldn't be angry if he was shortlisted - im at the point where im not really arsed who manages us anymore providing they put a bit of fight and pride into the club.

People expect him to have Burnley challenging for Europe on a net spend of £50 million over 10 years - not happening same as I never understand the folk who slated Moist for never winning trophies with us on a shoestring budget.

Carlo is literally doing a Dyche cerca 2019 impression so we don't need to change managers for that

This is such a brutal takedown that i feel guilty laughing.

@Tree13 who do you fancy coming in at right back this coming window?

I posted earlier that after Hakimi (not likely), Aarons (doesnt seem likely now) and Emerson (why didnt we sign him a year ago)...theres not many young high potential players around.

You're an endless supply of hilarious vaulting.

"Its simple for me - you appoint a Howe/Dyche/Moyes you are happy to join the likes of Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Watford and Bournemouth in this league whilst the likes of the top 6 + Leicester and Wolves fight for Europe."

Gomes fwiw was fine for us when the system made sense
When you say fine do you mean he looked handsome whilst passing a ball sideways? Because the lad is meant to be an attacking midfielder and he has more yellow cards for us this season than assists and goals.

My point was he would be better served in the Spanish or Italian league as his legs have gone since his injury. Even before he didn't really affect games bar keeping and recycling the ball .
