I think he’s saying that any trophy which has been won, by a side who’s spent money does not count... or maybe if it’s just a Guardiola trophy?

You missed the one where they called Ceferin “bent”, because he “welcomed City back with open arms”... failing to see the irony that Liverpool will play in Europe next season... exactly the same as Manchester City.

Its almost like he is saying that he would like the [Poor language removed] to play some sort of league of Europes best teams because other teams don't deserve to win it. You know, some sort of super league that is a closed shop maybe???

See I look at that and the team that sticks out like a sore thumb for me is the only one that got the rest of their league banned from competing in Europe. European shame more like.

Massive club with a solid hardcore bunch.

Yes, they’re smaller than United and Liverpool, but the 30,000 or so proper fans are just as, if not more hardcore than any other fans in the country.

The reality is, you don’t build your brand over night and your brand doesn’t fall over night. They’ll be in the shadows for a while yet, but this City side is phenomenal to watch, and they deserve to reap their rewards, for me.

Jealousy is a strange thing, you cling to the smallest of things to try ans justify your actions.

I work with a city fan who must be about 40 now so definitely not a glory hunter and he’s just loving the ride. He doesn’t get weird and bitter when someone else wins a trophy and he still says the best day he’s had was that playoff final when they started to head back up the leagues, even better than the Ageuro moment!
