Punishment has to happen along with rule changes and regulations. What these clubs did can't go unpunished. There has to be some sort repercussions for their betrayal and their greed.

I’m happy for punishment but I’m not sure there will be.
However, I do think there will be a regulator and changes to governance in th3 English game.
