PL have no intention of imposing and punishment on these teams, nor do UEFA or FIFA. its as you were

It depends on what you mean by competitive. How many league winners have there been in the last 30 years? Because whether it’s far fetched or not that’s what people are bothered about, winning titles/trophies and at least qualifying for the champions league.

Other than the mighty Bayern, winners have been Kaiserslautern, Werder Bremen, VfB Stuttgart, Borussia Dortmund, and VfL Wolfsburg. So six since 1991. All of the above, plus Leverkusen, Hertha, and Gladbach, have been in the Champions League at various times. Leipzig are the latest interlopers and Frankfurt could well make it this term.

I would like to think that the fans of ALL clubs will remember what happened this week but I fear it will soon be forgotten .
Could be a real wasted opportunity to actually make real change .
